lately. I bought a microwave oven and paid extra for an extended warranty. It lasted six months before breaking down. I got on to Argos and said I needed to return the faulty microwave oven but I could not find the receipt or extended warranty. They said I could not return it without the receipt or extended warranty as they do not keep records of extended warranties?
I told them it had a sticker on the box with the date I purchased it, they said that was a store sticker not a receipt?
